This versatile product can also be used with adsorbent filled aluminum spacers. For best results, assemble I.G. units at temperatures exceeding 40°F (5°C) and humidity levels over 40%.

With a tack free time of 45-60 minutes at 77°F (25°C) and a cure time of 3/16 inch (4.76 millimeters) per 24 hours, CRL 877 offers a fast and efficient solution for fabricating insulating glass units. It is crucial to completely seal I.G. units with CRL 877 within one hour of exposing the Super Spacer adsorbent to the atmosphere.
